These speakers are pretty bad ass. The sound quality is really really great. Almost comparable to that of my mom’s bose dock. What really interested me in purchasing these speakers was the form, color and look. It goes really well with my contemporary/moderns interior aesthetics so it’s definitely a keeper.

In some reviews, the cons listed was that this isn’t portable. For one, I don’t see how that could be a con as it’s not marketed as a portable speaker set, hence the chargeable battery that doesn’t exist. Duh right? Instead they should have listed it’s portability as a pro because I really do feel it’s portable. It’s lightweight and the form factor lends itself to fitting in a carry on. I could totally see myself taking this on a trip to some place like Vegas where we’d need some jams for pre-party festivities. I mean, who doesn’t get ready in Vegas by blasting music, taking a few shots and dancing with friends in the hotel room?

Previous to this, I owned and still do actually, apples hifi. The sound quality on this, to me, is one of the best I’ve heard. The acoustics are just brilliant for rooms. The only thing that sucks is that it doesn’t charge the iPhone. While it plays music, the iPhone doesn’t charge. Apparently, it’s not fixable with a firmware update either as it’s a hardware issue. FML. That shit was like 300 bucks. So it’s stuck in my living with an older iPod Video, connected to the TV. Not a bad set up for the tube. It will due till we get some kind of surround sound in there.

The remote itself doesn’t quite match up in terms of looks but it’s quite responsive with a slight lag that isn’t bothersome to me at all. So if you’re looking for a set of speakers for say, your night stand… possible even the desk, I’d highly recommend this set. Works great with the iPhone as it’s shielded so you don’t hear any static. Go get one now!

You can’t really hear the difference when I turn the volume up and down, but it’s there (my camera doesn’t pick it up) and the sound quality isn’t nearly as nice on the video as it is in person:
